About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at AIRTEK HEATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS. This role will oversee the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Mentor and train new employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Requisition necessary materials and resources for effective operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
