Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of retail staff, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that all employees are meeting their performance goals.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing strategies, manage inventory, and ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards and are competitively priced.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs, ensuring that we have the right number of employees on the sales floor at all times.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure that all staff members are meeting their performance goals.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Store Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a team environment.
