Store Manager

Fergus Esso is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer demand and align with company goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
