We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the selection, procurement, and display of merchandise, ensuring that our store remains competitive and appealing to customers.
- Operations: Implement and maintain efficient store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
