We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and optimize sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
