BC Children's Hospital and University of British Columbia Seek Pediatric Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon

BC Children's Hospital and the University of British Columbia are seeking a full-time Pediatric Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon to join their team. The successful candidate will work in a highly collaborative teaching environment with nurses, allied health professionals, fellows, residents, and medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the full spectrum of tertiary Pediatric Otolaryngology care
  • Work in a busy clinical practice including dedicated operating room time and involvement in several multi-disciplinary clinics
  • Participate in clinical outreach, including servicing Indigenous communities
  • Contribute to the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine at UBC

Requirements:

  • Completed fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
  • Certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent)
  • Eligibility for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
  • Sub-specialty interest and experience in performing pediatric advanced otologic procedures
  • Commitment to academic excellence and quality improvement
