Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive business results. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Sales Director.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure seamless task execution.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage company finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Sell merchandise and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sales operations software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
