Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd DBA Save on Cartridge. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
