Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1382964 B.C. Ltd DBA Save on Cartridge. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and efficient interpersonal skills. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment and must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
