Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Train and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
