Settlements Clerk Specialist

Brandt is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Settlements Clerk to join our team in Regina, SK.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for administering and invoicing equipment sales, including account reconciliations and special reports. Key duties include:
- Receiving and reviewing paperwork on sales from branches across Canada
- Ensuring program discounts from manufacturers are accurately calculated and maximized
- Completing equipment registration and warranty purchases on supplier's web-based portals
- Reviewing and updating costings on equipment
- Posting and balancing accruals on equipment
- Invoicing of sales to customers
- Updating sales database
- Receipting of trades into inventory
- G/L account reconciliations
- Reviewing and validating salesman commissions
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. This multi-faceted role requires a moderate understanding of accounting principles and critical thinking skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
