Brandt is seeking a skilled Settlements Clerk to join our team in Regina, SK. This role is responsible for the administration and invoicing of equipment sales, including account reconciliations and special reports. Key duties include:

  • Receiving and reviewing sales paperwork from branches across Canada
  • Ensuring accurate calculation and maximization of program discounts from manufacturers
  • Completing equipment registration and warranty purchases on supplier's web-based portals
  • Reviewing and updating equipment costings
  • Posting and balancing accruals on equipment
  • Invoicing sales to customers
  • Updating sales database
  • Receipting trades into inventory
  • General ledger account reconciliations
  • Reviewing and validating salesman commissions

This is a multi-faceted position requiring a moderate understanding of accounting skills and a critical thinker. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
