Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Verify Invoices: Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with Month-End Closing Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, required.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment crucial.
