Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our sales team, responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and update customer accounts, developing relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through needs analysis and solution provision.

• Promote dealership services, including machines, parts, service, labor, and customer service agreements.

• Develop and qualify machine and/or parts and service leads, forwarding to the Dealership outside sales organization when applicable.

Requirements

• Two to three years of related experience preferred, with the ability to train the right individual.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
