Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Superintendent to join our team at 2960 Don Mills Rd Apts. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to ensure the building and its occupants are protected.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
