Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GAJJAN INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including record-keeping, data compilation, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to team members.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, set up and organize filing systems, and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent written communication, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate a client-focused approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
