Job Title: Social Worker - Community Development

Bridges Family Programs Association of Southeastern Alberta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to support individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social programs and services
  • Develop and implement prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs
  • Provide public education and consultation regarding counseling services, issues, and methods
  • Conduct social research and analyze data to inform program development
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
  • Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement programs
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Social Work or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in social work or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
