Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Transformation Analyst to join our team. This role will collaborate with all stakeholders involved in the software development life cycle to optimize software delivery and achieve a 25% increase in operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Development teams, Testing groups, Production support, and Product owners to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline software delivery processes.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for achieving a 25% increase in operational efficiency, resulting in a 25% boost in team output while maintaining existing costs.
  • Accelerate turnaround time for software delivery by 50% to meet evolving business needs and market demands, while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reduce number of defects by 30% by improving unit test code coverage and unit test effectiveness.
  • Drive the development and implementation of best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance software development processes.
  • Partner with Dev and QE leads of each squad to enable yearly roadmap for technology transformation.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status of engineering transformation initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer engineering or related fields OR equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Software engineering as Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
