Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our CA Transportation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our transportation operations, including DEA, Speed, OB Trans Network Design, and Capacity Planning for Last Mile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage volume-related escalations and variations in volume compared to planned figures
  • Oversee Linehauls and manage VAA operations
  • Monitor and share performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis
  • Coordinate with FC, ACES, NWD, and TESS teams for network design/connectivity changes
Initiatives and Projects
  • Identify and drive initiatives to improve capacity, cost to serve, speed, and connectivity
  • Create and execute working backwards plans for HVEs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
