Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit and Display Design: Design and implement visually appealing exhibits and displays that showcase our products and services, including merchandising and window displays.
  • Pricing and Sales: Assist with pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle cash and credit transactions, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Screening Questions: Conduct pre-employment screening questions to ensure that new hires are legally able to work in Canada.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including dental plans, disability benefits, and health care plans.
  • Long-term Benefits: Assist with the administration of long-term benefits, including long-term care insurance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
