We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, providing a clear picture of the company's financial position.
  • Prepare and present general ledgers and financial statements to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Post journal entries and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies or errors.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree is required, but relevant certification or diploma is an asset.
  • Experience: Experience in accounting and bookkeeping is preferred, but not necessary.
