Feindel Tremere Inc. Chartered Professional Accountants is a privately-owned accounting firm in Bridgewater, NS that specializes in providing taxpayers (personal, corporate and trusts) with peace of mind regarding their personal and business financial affairs.

We are growing and currently looking for an Accounting Technician to join our team

As our new Accounting Technician you will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinating the preparation of client engagements
- Preparing corporate year-end working paper files, including adjusting journal entries and financial statements
- Prepare personal and corporate tax returns
- Prepare T4 and T5 tax reporting slips and related summaries
- Regular correspondence with clients
- Other accounting and bookkeeping related duties as required

What you will bring to the team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with all levels of clients
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in Caseware, Profile, Sage, Quickbooks and QBO would be an asset
- Strong time management, planning and organizing skills
- A desire to continue to develop your skills
- Team player
