Sales Leadership Program: Develop and Sustain a Growing CPG Business

As a Sales Leadership Program participant at PepsiCo, you will have the opportunity to develop and sustain a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business. This program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a field sales leadership role.
You will learn about PepsiCo's business and people agenda, develop relationships across the organization, and leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to flex your entrepreneurial muscles and physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
The goal of the Sales Leadership Program is to build the next great leaders of PepsiCo. Following your field sales position, you will have the opportunity to manage a frontline team of PepsiCo employees.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will develop valuable leadership skills by:
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Influencing and collaborating with the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to meet consumer demands within the region.
- Understanding and implementing our go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third-Party Carriers.
- Working with customers to execute sales strategies, merchandise, build displays, manage inventory, and implement promotional events.
- Leveraging your analytical skills to conduct business reviews with key decision makers.
Leading a team of people depending on the location and division you are working in.
QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who possess a Bachelor's Degree completed by August 2024, strong leadership skills, passion, and a desire to make an impact. Additionally, we require outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills, and a competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude. A valid driver's license and clean record are also required.
