The Site Supervisor is a key member of our construction team, responsible for overseeing the on-site direction of all aspects of construction for assigned projects. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, methods, processes, procedures, and equipment involved in building construction and related site work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project costs to ensure completion within budget expectations.
- Work with the Vice President of Construction to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Inspect and review construction in progress to enforce compliance with plans, specifications, building, and safety codes.
- Schedule and direct all subcontractors and vendors through all activities to full project completion.
- Hold extensive knowledge of principles and processes for providing client satisfaction in meeting quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
- Work directly with the Vice President of Construction and the "Build" Team through the entire project construction process.
- 5+ years of experience on-site in commercial ground-up construction as a Superintendent, including high-end interior/exterior finishes and multi-story construction.
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (preferred) or commensurate construction-related experience.
- Additional consideration given to LEED AP and other construction industry certifications.
