Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the performance of team members, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards.
- Manage the quality of phone service, ensuring cost and productivity control in accordance with customer service center objectives.
- Ensure the quality of service offered to customers by regularly supervising team members and implementing standards to achieve customer service center objectives.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance the quality of service, operations, and risk management.
- Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to assist in the implementation of action plans.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) with the ability to interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
- Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset).
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and systems.
- Proven experience driving high levels of employee engagement through personal action plans, team engagement, and involvement.
