We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager, Sales to join our team in Sherbrooke. As a key member of our customer service center, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the team to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the performance of team members, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards.
  • Manage the quality of phone service, ensuring cost and productivity control in accordance with customer service center objectives.
  • Ensure the quality of service offered to customers by regularly supervising team members and implementing standards to achieve customer service center objectives.
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and recommend improvements to enhance the quality of service, operations, and risk management.
  • Participate in projects, committees, and task forces to assist in the implementation of action plans.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment.
  • Bilingual (French and English) with the ability to interact with English-speaking clients and colleagues.
  • Accident & Sickness and/or General Insurance License (an asset).
  • Knowledge of travel insurance products and systems.
  • Proven experience driving high levels of employee engagement through personal action plans, team engagement, and involvement.
  • Experience in monitoring, reporting, and delivering key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret results.
