Job Summary

MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
