Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MIRAB RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales workers to improve their performance.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales workers, and other team members. You will be required to work a 37.5 hour workweek, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
