Job Summary

RITE-LINE TRANSPORTATION INC. is seeking a skilled Long Haul Tractor-Trailer Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely deliveries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods across the country, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during transportation.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Logistics: Plan and adjust routes as needed, using GPS equipment and other navigation tools to optimize fuel consumption and reduce carbon emissions.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks).
  • Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in long-haul tractor-trailer driving, with a proven track record of safe driving and excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), work in a physically demanding environment, and sit for extended periods.
