Job Title: Long Haul Tractor-Trailer Driver

RITE-LINE TRANSPORTATION INC. is seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Tractor-Trailer Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across the country, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate transportation routes, schedules, and cargo loads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the tractor-trailer is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including cargo manifests, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks), and other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
