Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of financial advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their sales and client service skills.
  • Collaborate with other business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Fluency in French is required to serve RBC's French-speaking clients.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
