Job Title: Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our team at The Regina Open Door Society. As a key member of our Language Services department, you will provide administrative support to our clients and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our evening English Language program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client data and maintain accurate records, including inputting data into our internal database and compiling monthly reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing completion certificates and letters of attendance, and maintaining inventory of teaching and non-teaching materials.
  • Collaborate with the Language Services leadership and administrative team to ensure effective and efficient services.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education in Office Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative services in an office setting.
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work in a multi-cultural setting.
