We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOUTON D'OR FOOD LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.
