Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal LePage Peaceland August Jian Realty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to inform business decisions
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay connected with the team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
