Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at RESULTS ADVERTISING.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient team performance
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on team performance and customer feedback
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 30-40 hours per week.
