Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager



At Aliments Rinag Foods Inc., we are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality meals and a proven track record of managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.



Responsibilities:


  • Estimate and Requisition: Estimate the amount and costs of supplies and food items, and requisition them as needed.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
  • Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, and prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
  • New Techniques and Equipment: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
  • Recipe Creation: Create new recipes.
  • Tasks: Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items, demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff, supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers, create new recipes, prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, requisition food and kitchen supplies, plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, work under pressure, and handle heavy loads.
