The role is highly visible, exposing you to Senior and Corporate leadership, and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

About the Position:

This key position plays a crucial role in shaping both the short- and long-term HR strategy, creating a positive impact for all colleagues. As Chief Human Resources Strategist, you'll be responsible for delivering training, coaching, and motivation to team members, supporting positive labour relations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

You will take an active lead in enhancing the employee value proposition through areas such as growth and development, rewards and recognition, wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This dynamic position requires a passionate advocate for Hyatt's values and our culture of care, inspiring others to embody these principles.

About You:
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • Sound experience working with Unions
  • Thorough understanding of collective agreements
  • Recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Experience in a dynamic, resourceful, and proactive talent & culture leadership role, with a proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and make sound decisions

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to promote and foster a consultative, problem-solving approach to labour relations.
