Food Service Supervisor

At Ramzi's Burger & Pizza, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
