Food Service Supervisor

At Ramzi's Burger & Pizza, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
- Train Staff: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing updates on our sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
