WPH Restaurant Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Planning and Organization: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
