Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations Management
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
