As a Club Counselor I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their vacation experiences are memorable and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing member accounts, including creating, modifying, and canceling resort reservations and exchanges.
- Processing member account/reservation payments and updating member information.
- Educating members on the benefits of their memberships and providing information on their account.
- Researching and resolving concerns and questions raised by members.
- Maintaining compliance with all time-keeping and attendance policies.
- Meeting or exceeding required departmental expectations to be eligible for incentive programs.
- Identifying multiple membership products and services and upselling profitable products.
- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
