Job Summary

As a Club Counselor I at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their vacation experiences are nothing short of extraordinary. Your primary focus will be on serving as the point of contact for member account information, creating and managing resort reservations, and processing payments. You will also be responsible for educating members on the benefits of their memberships, updating account information, and maintaining compliance with all time-keeping and attendance policies.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as overall point of contact for member's account information
Creates, modifies, and cancels resort reservations and exchanges
Processes member account/reservation payments
Updates member account information
Educates members on benefits of their Memberships
Completes detailed notes in comments area of member account after each interaction
Researches and resolves concerns and questions raised by members
Provides information to members as it relates to their account
Maintains compliance of all time keeping and attendance policies
Held accountable for all reservation productivity including inbound and outbound reservations
Must meet or exceed required departmental expectations to be eligible for incentive programs
Must be able to identify multiple membership products and services
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Consistently practices the meaning of "Yes" and maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with management, fellow team members and members
Responsible for handling blended inbound and outbound calls
Must be able to upsell flex and value or any profitable products for the Company
Must be able to upsell and hook sales presentation tours
Must be great at multi-tasking
Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times
Consistently practices and maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects
Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.
