About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team at CONFORMiT. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of new functionalities in a modern web stack, based on JavaScript and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Lead efforts to evolve CONFORMiT's architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards.
  • Solve complex technical problems and participate in the design of the technology roadmap.
  • Mentor junior developers to help them strengthen their technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy.
  • Offer autonomy and confidence in the delivery of enhancements and features with a minimum of guidance and support from other team members.
Requirements
  • Professional experience with JavaScript and another modern JavaScript Web Framework (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.).
  • Experience in writing automated tests (e.g. Jest, Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
  • Proven ability to prevent, diagnose, and solve performance and optimization problems.
  • A willingness to guide, coach, and help other developers develop.
