We are seeking a skilled Billing Supervisor to join our team at Delysees luxury desserts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dessert production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs and activities to optimize production efficiency
  • Train workers in duties and policies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on production metrics and trends
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
