Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PC Support Technician to join our team at the Edmonton International Airport. This role will involve providing technical support for computers, servers, peripherals, and associated networks for common-use systems, kiosks, flight information displays, and paging systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Work under limited supervision to aid in IT disciplines such as business applications, IT infrastructure, security, and compliance
  • Install and replace hardware, and validate solution implementation
  • Perform quarterly preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma or AA/AS degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Autorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Experience with PC hardware and Windows 7 and 10 platforms
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
