Job Summary:Plenty Stores Inc is seeking a highly skilled Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and establishing work schedules.
Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Establish Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
