Key Holder Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Holder to join our team at 88 Supermarket Ltd. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager and assistant store manager in maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for opening the store and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed before the start of the day.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain an adequate stock level.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members.
- Ensure the security system and alarm systems are checked regularly to prevent any potential issues.
- Oversee team members during peak hours to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
- A good understanding of customer service principles and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese is a plus.
Working Hours
20-35 hours per week
Salary
$17.40 - $19 per hour
