Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Plenty Stores Inc.
Job Summary:The Key Holder will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. This is a key role in our store operations and requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
This is a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and be able to work in a team environment.
