Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to meet client needs.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and providing product information to meet their needs.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, supporting sales efforts and client relationships.
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries, navigating international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Conduct sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and payments.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, providing transparent and competitive pricing to clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, educating them on product features and applications.
  • Resolve product and service related problems, providing prompt and effective solutions to meet client needs.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
