- Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, supporting sales efforts and client relationships.
- Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries, navigating international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Conduct sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and payments.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, providing transparent and competitive pricing to clients.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, educating them on product features and applications.
- Resolve product and service related problems, providing prompt and effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services, developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in sales software and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
