Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Aerotek ULC is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and review product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide customer service and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
  • Conduct performance reviews and lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
